Product Warranty
- All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly wash and check the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the person and BEFORE the bands are remove
- We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied to the new person
- Goods remain the property of The Russian Hair Company Pty Ltd until Invoice is paid in full
Returns Policy
- The Russian Hair Company PTY LTD takes no responsibility for the hair once it is applied to your client
- Please check your goods thoroughly, any damaged/faulty products should be advised within 24 hrs
- Hair cannot be accepted back if it has been coloured/toned or processed in any way
- All products must be returned in original packaging
- Shipping costs will be invoiced for on replacement items
