Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post next day delivery, with a rate of $13.95 for Express Post that is able to be tracked. If you wish your item to be insured, we can also provide registered post. When using registered post, if delivery is attempted while no one is at the delivery address, your item will be left at a post office specified on a card left in your letterbox.

If you have not received your purchase within 48 hours Monday-Friday please contact us on 0450 575 767 or email The Russian Hair Company PTY LTD at info@therussianhaircompany.com with your full name and order date so we can track your purchase for you. If you make a purchase Friday 1pm onwards please allow 24 hours from Monday morning to receive your goods.
